"Used online ordering and ordered parts that says(per website) was an exact match for my vehicles. Well, that wasn't very accurate neither of the parts fit. Per parts dept(Andrew Toyota) if the website says parts fits vehicle then that's the part to ordered. That was inaccurate as well. Ended up calling parts dept and explained the above issue and they finally found the correct part # for my vehicles. Unfortunately, couldn't do even exchange due to accounting(per parts person), so had to re-order online, using the correct part # then returning the prior ordered parts back to parts dept.
When I checked provided part # that fits my vehicle per parts dept, the online site still shows part # doesn't fit vehicle. I installed the part in my vehicle today and its an exact fit(despite online site says it doesn't fit the specified vehicle).
Beware of the listed parts on the online site - not sure I'd have the confidence to ensure listed parts are correct."
