"I'm glad to see that I'm in the same company as the other reviewers. I recieved 4 emails about my order: "Order shipped with everything", 2 days later "An item has been cancelled", another "Here's the item we cancelled", and lastly "Here's your updated shipment". The last email was over the weekend so I promptly emailed them to cancel my entire order as I was looking to do a larger shipment and to let me know if there were any issues.
It's been exactly one week since my email was sent (two weeks since my order) and still no reply. I just sent a second email asking them for solutions to the issue.
The best part is, they cancelled all my good deals and shipped me the 1 item that was like $50 plus the shipping.
Never do business with this group! It's not worth it. "
"I ordered a bat from them on July 2nd & paid for 2nd day ground shipping. Today I emailed Customer service wondering why I have not gotten a tracking number. She said it has not been shipped. Says it takes up to 3 days for it to be "Processed". Why the heck would have I paid for 2 day ground if it's not even going to leave the warehouse for 3 days.."
"Ordered a bat and was charged twice. The next day the order was cancelled due to them not having it in stock.
I called about the double charge, the rep was very rude and flippant saying I'll get my money back in 5 days. She said it's normal and no big deal! Well, I'm out a couple hundred because they can't keep track of inventory properly and from the sound of it, could care less.
Find another company to order your softball/baseball equipement from. Terrible customer service."
"I recently bought a baseball glove (Nike Team Show Series 12.5") and a dozen baseballs and Anaconda offered a great price, clean and easy buying experience, and no problems with shipping.
The items came in a re-used box, but I'm fine with that. It doesn't bother me to trade getting a brand new box with a company logo in exchange for the $20-$30 they saved me on the glove.
