"I ordered a tool from their website. It seemed to be okay. After two weeks with no shipping info, I called. Their supplier was out of stock, could not contact their supplier. I cancelled, they called me back the next day, saying the item shipped the day I cancelled it. I refused the package per their suggestion, for the fastest refund. "Fastest" meant two months, and they kept the shipping, which was more than they quoted me when I ordered, and also charged me a restocking fee for their supplier. Neither of these charges were in their policy, I complained, they said, "I'm on your side". Took another two weeks just to get the actual money, minus shipping and restock. Filed with the BBB, another 6 weeks and no response from this distributor, case closed, and I am out $25 with nothing to show for it except 3 months of harrassment. Check them out on BBB website, then STAY AWAY!"
