"Placed order 8/31 as gift for a father's birthday on 10/7. To me 5 weeks turn around would be fair. I hear back from them on 9/11 (not sure why this took 11 days!) saying item is back-ordered plan on 12 weeks for shipment. I tell them I am not interested and I will order elsewhere. The response is I will need to pay a 20% restocking fee for something they do not have in stock?!!? I am sorry I ever found this place. I would never order from them again. I have ordered at least 10 other holsters over the past 12 months from other vendors. I have never seen this level of poor customer service."

"I looked everywhere for a holster to fit an unusual gun. I found 2 choices - one ridiculously expensive and one at The Cowboy and Shooters Supply at a reasonable price. Even though I had never heard of the company, the price advantage was so great I took a chance. I am very glad I did. It is a good product and the service was excellent. Not only did they ship my order faster than they promised, but they emailed me at every stage and kept me up to date with what was going on. I will order from them again and am recommending them to my friends.
