"Problem: item not in stock
Placed an order for Logitech mm50 Portable Speakers on americanesuperstore.com. Called their customer service to make sure that the item was in stock, since I read on another website that this company had a reputation for not having up-to-date information on what's in stock. I got a voicemail the first time. I called back and hour later and spoke with Dave (nice guy), who informed me that the item WAS NOT in stock, and could not tell me when the next shipment would arrive. They should really integrate their inventory with their website.
