"After finding this company on the Internet, I called them over the phone to see if they sold 300' outdoor-grade CAT 5E network cabling. I spoke to a guy named "Med" who said that they could custom-make two of these cables for me and send them out next day.

The cables arrived the next day, but the company provided NO packing slip or invoice of any kind. Furthermore, the cables were extremely damaged: twisted, with loose cable jackets and serious kinks in many places. These damaged cables were unprofessionally thrown in a cable box and shipped this way.

Upon calling the company to explain that I received damaged cables, I received nothing but extreme hostility from "Med." He refused to acknowledge any possibility of any problem, saying I had "no right" to question the quality of their cables. I explained that I required these cables for a customer installation, and these were damaged cables. He refused to provide any return information, stating that because my order was "custom," I could not raise any issues about the quality.

Besides filing complaints with the BBB and the Internet Fraud Commission, I am disputing the charge with my credit card company, who will be forcibly removing the money from this seller's account. This is pretty much my only hope to recover the >$500 they charged to my credit card for complete rubbish.
