"I was browsing for GLoomis, saw the rod I wanted at a better price than I had found elsewhere. I was kind of disappointed when the indicated price did appear in the shopping cart. After clicking on several items that were on sale but displayed full price in the cart I looked elsewhere. I did go back later and check the items with the same results. There was area for comments that expressed my disappointment over the prices. Within 12 hours I received a response from Nikki who explained the sale prices had expired and the items should have been updated, Nikki also said that because of this mistake the sale prices would be extended to midnight of that day. I did feel better about the issue and did make the purchase I had considered in the beginning, I actually made 2 additional purchases. All 3 items came promptly and I am happy with my purchases. I will continue to shop with you. I thought Nikki did a great job of handling this issue, everyone makes mistakes but not everyone does the right thing to correct a mistake. Don"
