"The people running this company are dishonest and unprofessional. Though I followed their very detailed instructions on how to get a refund, they never acknowledged receipt of the returned item or gave me a refund. All communication stopped once I notified them I was returning the merchandise. They lied to my credit card company about the return instructions I was given to follow, so I'm out the money and they can resell the merchandise. Do not buy anything from americanintimates.com!"
"I ordered a piece of clothing on January 12, 2007 and when I did receive it, it did not fit. I followed the instructions on how to return it. I returned the item on January 30, and waited until February 18 to contact them because my credit card was never credited. I received no response from that email or 7 other emails I sent. I also tried their phone number three times, to no avail. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and my credit card company removed the charge, but they also never heard from American Intimates. I also contacted the Better Business Bureau and reported them, and the BBB has never received a response either. I have come to the conclusion that American Intimates is a FRAUD !!! Just trying to get our money. Please beware of American Intimates!!"

I order 3 pairs of socks that were identified as "in stock" on Dec 6, 2006 and as of Jan 10, 2007 I have not received my order.
I've sent 6 e-mails but wiht no reply.
I've tried calling their phone number but it's busy 24/7.
Please do not use this company under any circumstances."

When I look at my order on line it tells me that the things I ordered are out of stock and they never told me this when I first placed my order!
