Matt was the guy who responded to my email when it was taking a while to ship. I had ordered 3 filters. He was very quick to respond, and very accomodating. He apologized for the delay as that specific filter was on order, and he sent me free, the one filter he had in stock. Then the other 3 came shortly thereafter.
