"7/5/10-I ordered a sample of (4) kitchen cabinet hinges to see which one matched my nickle 'pulls'. The order arrived promptly and all items were as ordered. I called the company to verify the product number so my final order for all the hinges I needed to re-do my kitchen would be correct. The fellow helped me to identify my hinge and its product number and set my mind at ease so that I can confidently order the rest.
8/6/10 - Based on previous sample order, I made a full order to replace all the hinges in my townhome. They arrived promptly, with no back-orders, and each hinge was individually wrapped to prevent scratching. These people are a good resource, and I am forwarding their info to the rest of our 125 unit association.

"Card was charged immediatelly for an item that turned out to be out of stock. No status communicated until I checked 5 days later and was told it was out stock. Requested refund and was told it would take up to a week. 10 days later was told it would take two weeks. Asked to talk to owner or billing, but was given the runaround. It's now been two weeks and charges still not refunded."

"Customer service is certainly lacking. Did not respond to 6 emails. Called and left on hold many times. Tracking the order was difficult. Took weeks to get, did not expect that. Price was good and product arrived as expected, just did have to be willing to have sub par service and not be in a hurry to receive. Likely would not order from again, lots of other internet options out there."

"Web page for item made it look like more was included than actually was. No "must be purchase seperately" or "not included" disclaimers. References to non included items in produc overview and product details sections as well as in pictures. Order confirmation that indicated "Please Note: Some items have not been shipped yet. You will receive this information in a separate email" when in fact there was only one item being shipped. Rude customer service that didn't respond to emails or left you on hold for long periods of time. Didn't try at all to work out a resolution, but said I could return for 40% re-stocking fee (over $260) or exchange for a different item paying in full (over $700) while waiting weeks to receive a partial refund on the orginal order. Why would anyone give them more money when they so abused the original order? Buyer beware! "

"I will never do business with this company again. I ordered Minka Aire Como on March 27. My credit card was charged immediately. One week has passed and no emails about my order. The online order status just says "IN PROCESS" I called to follow up and I was told that it is in back order and it would take 3 weeks. After 3 weeks I called again to check on the status and I was told again that it is in back order and it would take another 2 weeks. I found out that they are still in the process of negotiating with the manufacturer and they are not accredited distributor yet of Minka Aire. So I cancelled my order on May 3. After 1 week, there is still no sign of my refund. I called again on May 10 and I was told that I will receive my credit in 2 days. It's May 17 already and still no sign of the refund. So I am writing now this bad review and already called my credit card company and dispute the charges. "

"I would not do business with this company ever again. In fact, I have ordered another Toto toilet locally. Communication was terrible. I was not kept informed that the distributor failed to give my order priority as promised. When the item finally shipped in March no one notified me that it had been shipped. Beware when ordering from them."

"This store has bad customer service.
We ordered kitchen hardware that had some defect.
We have tried to contact them repeatedly without any response.
The email listed on their customer service website is not active.
The 1800 number listed has no information and no CSR on the other side. We are still waiting for our Elkay soap dispenser or an email from them and its been over a month. DO NOT BUY from this website.
