"I had the strangest experience - we had to warm the frames to get the glass to fit! The glass was measured using one frame that had been inside where it was warm. I loaded all frames, etc., in my car the evening before. Apparently, they got really cold during the night. When we tried to put everything together the next morning, the glass did not fit the frames. After a frustrating morning we figured it out and everything was fine. The frames are really beautiful. You're my favorite company to deal with, and I appreciate you and your staff very much! Lesson learned: take all frames to glass company for fitting even though you may risk a ding. "
