Once the order is put in a telephone message and an email will alert you to call in, in order to finalize the order as billing address needed to be verified. Calling in will tell you really quickly that the good deal is gone as you'll be peppered with attempts of persuasion to upgrade your order. Whatever you ordered can simply not be sold the way you ordered it...

Be aware of those stores and if an online deal seems to be too good to be true, it most likely is."

"Didn't read the reviews before I purchased but I had a similar horrible experience to everyone else. I purchased a Canon 5D Mk III due to the attractive price, then after the purchase I got a phone call stating that what I had purchased was the import version. He tried to upsale me the USA version for $1000 more. I said that the import was fine and just send it. The man on the call then informed it that I wouldn't be able to use it because it was the "Malaysian Version" of the camera. I was informed that "none of the menus would be in English", "the body was plastic", "there was no warranty", "no batteries, cords or accessories would be included". When I said that import versions still should have accessories and the same camera body he got very aggressive and told me that what I had purchased would be impossible to use. I said wanted to do more research on the camera to figure things out. He then hung up on me after I tried to reasonably figure out what was going on."

"Read the reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered a T5i for $389 as listed on the site. The person said that unless I wanted a cheap plastic version, that only worked in China, then I had to upgrade to the American Version. I told him that I was fine with the one in the picture on their website. Then they said it was backordered for 4 months. I was fine with the backordered camera, but before I could tell him this, I asked where on the website, did it say this was a plastic Chinese version. He kept saying, it's there (I had the website open and was searching), and then he cancelled my order and hung up. I called back, and the person said "hello", heard my voice and then hung up. Then I called back 5 more times with either no answer or a deliberate hang up. I called back a few hours later and someone answered immediately, and basically kept making excuses on why I needed to pay more. Bait and Switch company. "

"Terrible service, I called first to see if the camera lx7 was available before I ordered and they said yes. I then placed the order. called in 3 days later to get a tracking number and they did not have one. they said the camera was out of stock and that I forgot to order a battery. I then was told that the camera that I ordered did not come with anything but the camera and no warranty. this was not specified in the description at all if I wanted to get the retail version with everything it jumped from $250 to $329 with express shipping. the retail version was nowhere to be found in the website. I told them it was cool and I ordered the retail version. I asked when was I gonna be charged and they said the next day. I called a few minutes later to cancel the order and the never answered and charged for the camera at that same moment. 4 days have passed and I haven't received a tracking number. "

"Dishonest sellers and totally unavailable to provide any type of customer service. They advertise products below fair market value that they do not have and try to up sell you to more expensive items. When your product never arrives they are impossible to contact. Avoid at all costs!"

"I placed an order on 12/9/14 for a T5i camera. To date 1/6/15 one month later the camera has not shipped. Company contacted me within next few days to upsell me to the "U.S." version because I bought the Chinese version (yes I know it is an international version). I told them that I was okay with the international version, and then they wanted to sell me a battery and charger because the international version did not include those items. Told them no thanks and they sounded annoyed. Week later no shipment. Called again, and they indicated they needed to know if I wanted accessories. I told them no, they then told me they don't have that version in stock..... long story short, I didn't look for reviews for this place before I bought it... bad mistake. Don't pay attention to any positive reviews. The guys on the phone do not give their names, pretty sure it is the company posting the positive reviews. I tried to give them a chance. Tried to cancel the order and then they hung up on me. Good news is that they did not charge my card yet. Steer clear everybody."
