"ordered a cellphone charger on 07 23 comp confirmed order . my e mails 2 them are not answered. and cant get action on cust serv. phone very unprofessional. dont see any rating on this co. i typed my order # on their web site tracer and it came back invalid paid for this by credit card am starting to get worried "

"I ordered a cell phone battery for my panasonic phone. It was allure and I ordered a titanium eb-tx310 battery that was advertised as 800 to 1000mah. It arrived silver instead of titanium and was only a 650mah power. I returned the item and e-mailed customer service over and over with no response. Now I don't even have the wrong item. I'm out 34 dollars and am a little angry."

"I ordered a battery for a cell phone and charger. The battery would NOT work after giving it an overnight charge. Returned both the battery and charger based on the procedures provided by Amco Cellular at its site on 11/19. An email message was sent to AMCO per procedure, informing them the return was on it's way. I never received an email confirming receipt of the message I sent. I sent a followup on 12/4. Again, no confirmation was rec'd. I phoned customer service and got a busy signal on 12/4. On 12/5 left a voicemail message. I am expecting a credit to my credit card for the return. Per the procedures described at the site, it states Customer Service responds to email messages quickly. As you can see, this has not happened at all. Update 12/18: I'm still trying to obtain a credit back for my return. Leaving a message at the # posted at the site for returns does not work; no call back is rec'd. After doing searches on the internet, I found another # ***-***-**** and spoke to Frank. Well Frank was supposed to be checking with the Shipping Dept on the status of the return and he has never called me back. I called him, and the same story he would get back to me. No Call. Since then I have called him twice, now I am getting someone else stating Frank is not in. He does not return my call based on the messages I left."
