Customer service rep "Ed" was helpful, but when I asked what the hold up was regarding my order, he said it was "pending approval", however a few hours later the UPS guy finally arrived with my order. So Ambientweather's tracking system is obviously not helpful whatsoever, and their own customer service rep is looking at an outdated system.
