"stay away from these guys they are nothing but trouble. Ordered an rc rms titanic on line never shipped provided a ups tracking number that was only computer generated. Had to file a paypal complaint to get my money back. Never again horrible experience. They should be reported from fraud"
"Jan 2013. I am from BC Canada, I ordered a RC Tantic for over $300 and it came damaged. This company did nothing for me. No one would answer the phone. No one would email me anything and they told me to pump sand. I would never order from this company NEVER! Before I ordered I asked if there were any hiden costs and they said no. The package showed up at my home COD and they wanted another$60.58. I had to pay it or they would send the titanic back and I would lose the $71 I had already paid for shipping. I felt like I had no choice. I was upset, but more upset when it wouldn't work. NO REFUNDS with these guys. STAY AWAY!"
"This company is garbage. I ordered a battle tank for xmas from them. The first tank ran for 2 min then a wheel and track fell off. They actualy replaced it with another for no shipping charge if I gave them a 5 star rating on amazon. I gave the rating and received a new tank. Same problem, wheel and track rolled off in 3 min of use. Sent another complaint and now im being ignored. They now think i should eat 30$ in shipping to return it for one that works. Bottom line is they sell garbage and 2nd rate items. Stay far far away from this company. Hopefuly I can save someone the trouble I endured. "
"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My husband ordered 3 boats from Amazing Tech Depot. One out of the three was defective and looked as if it was previously used, returned and sent to us. I tried to call them but only got an answering machine and was never able to speak to a "live" person or manager. I had to handle everything online going back and forth through emails. Ultimately they told me that I had to go out of my way to send the boat back and pay for the shipping costs which were along the lines of $20!!! I cannot believe that a company would charge their customer to return their defective merchandise. "
