"Do not buy from this website they do not know what they are doing the dresses they have online are not what they send you. I got my daughters sweet 15 dress and they sent me the wrong dress they send somthing similar but not it and now that i want to return i have to pay because they can not send me what i ordered. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ITS A RIP-OFF!!!!!!"

"I ordered a maternity dress for my wedding from 9lover.com. I was very hesitant about ordering from China, but their website promised a beautiful, well made dress in 2 - 3 weeks. The dress arrived almost three weeks LATE and was three inches too small, I could not close the zipper.When I ordered the dress, I spoke (via email) to them twice about how they would handle my growing bust and belly. They assured me they were professionals and everything would be executed properly. I sent measurements for a CURRENT 41" inch bust; when the dress arrived, I was measuring a 42.5" and the dress measured a 39.5"!!!I was devestated. I tried two different tailors; there wasn't enough extra material to let the dress out as much as I needed. Nothing could be done and I only had two weeks until my wedding day to replace it.They first offered me $50 to pay a tailor. Then the told me if I sent them ANOTHER $60. they would send me another dress, that would fit and arrive in 9 business days. WHAT? I couldn't believe they wanted more money to fix their mistake!!After some discussion via your dispute center, the seller offered that I may keep the dress and they will refund all but $60. However, they keep offering me $119.50. I paid $229.50, $60 less is $169.50.I have no use for this dress. It was poorly made and if I ever get married again, I surely will not be 6 months pregnant. However, the cost to send it back to China could be as much as I paid for the dress!! The Chinese government levies absurd taxes and fees for imports, not exports.It seems to me that 9lover is aware of that and they sent me a dress that wouldn't fit, knowing that the costs to send it back are unjustified. They continue to make promises and offers that they will not fulfil.I do not believe that I should be responsible for anything. This is their mistake, they should pay to fix it, bottom line. "
