"I was a bit surprised to find that my credit card was charges long before the goods were on Stock ready for delivery. I ordered mid november and got the goods late december. The main reason was that one of the items had the status "In Development". I did notice that before checking the order status later on. I find it a bit strange that such items are offered in the web shop."

"I ordered a rear rack for my 1200 GS the directions for installation were not very clear I wanted to install the rack low to keep weight low however after getting it installed the stock panniers would not fit. I reinstalled it with the stock BMW plastic riser and really did not like it that high. I then went online to investigate and found the note that if using the vario boxes I need to make a note when ordering..my bad. I then went to their website and e-mailed them with no reply twice. After waiting for replies for a day I called and the person said he would look around for some spacers and send them. So I'm really glad I'm going thru this a month before my next trip if I were in a hurry it wouldn't be happening. I am happy so far with the quality of the rack but I have owned it for 2 weeks and its still sitting on my work bench uninstalled. For the 400 bucks spent they should have just included the 7 spacers required to shim the rear rack for stock BMW panniers "
