" I finally receive my glasses about 3 1/2 weeks late. They were the wrong frames. The invoice that was sent was just the price of the frames not the frames and lenses. I’m going to return the glasses would like my money back for the frames and lenses. And I will not send them back in and express envelope considering they weren’t expressed to me they were 3 1/2 weeks late I will send them back in a priority envelope with insurance. "I placed my order June 29, 2018. After 3 days and no shipping or tracking details, i called support and they told me that it was because of the holiday 4th of July and that it would be shipped July 5th thursday and that i would get my order by Wednesday the July 10th. On the July 10 i called to get an update on my order and finally the shipping lable was created on July 10 and it took till July 11 to ship it. Today is July the 12 and package is still in New Jersey where label was created. Still long way from San Francisco CA destination. Now i will be getting my Order till Saturday the july 14th. That means it actually took 15 day till i got my package from the day i made payment. Have in mind that i choose the 2 days shipping option for $10.00 more but i did get that refunded. This is a horrible shipping service. Allureaid needs to fix this issue with shipping. Half a month is not axceptable for a 2-3 day shipping service!!! "
