Wanted almost $400 for shipping. tried to connect with a manager but the sales reps will not connect you. You have to leave a message and they'll call you back in 48 hours. It takes at least another 48 to process your refund. WHY? It took less than 30 seconds to take it from me via pay pal? it takes them two days to contact pay pay and issue a refund??? That's what we were told. Discounts are incorrectly applied-always check your math. Their price match guarantee is humble, but imposes so many restrictions that they'll never honor anyone else's price, consequently really means nothing but deception.
I'm sorry, but the first experience dealing with this company, yeah it will be my last. They screwed around and left my team high and dry, and without any shirts. My suggestion? save yourself the headaches, embarrassment, and disappointment by shopping someplace else. "
