"All Thermal Supply are thieves!!!. They are not authorized Robert Shaw dealers, as they claim.

I purchased a boiler control unit from All Thermal Supply which arrived dead. All Thermal replaced this unit with one that died within 1 month. I returned the second unit and was ignored - for 4 months. I finally received a letter which stated the second unit had been tested and was OK - I would not get a replacement.

I called All Thermal Supply to get my unit back (as they claim it is OK) and was told the good unit had been destroyed!!! All Thermal Supply will not replace the destroyed unit which is my property, nor will they refund my money. They have stolen from me.

My original boiler control unit (same model) has been functioning for the 3 years I've owned the house - this is not a problem with the system damaging these units. I purchased the unit from All Thermal Supply as a backup - it did not survive testing.

"All Thermal's website suffers from inaccuracy.

For example, I ordered an item on their website that only *appeared* to be in stock. Since the item was to be shipped intrastate via UPS ground, I expected the item to arrive within 4 days of my order. After 5 days with no delivery, I called All Thermal, and I was told that the item was not in stock at their primary warehouse. Luckily, All Thermal was able to source the item quick enough, so that the item came the day after my call.

All Thermal's website does not reflect inventory. Future customers would be well-advised to call the company, prior to ordering, to confirm that an item is in stock.
