What a bunch of screw up rip off artists. Do yourself a favor and by pass this group of shady dealers. Need something in a normal amount of time? Your guaranteed not to get it. I think the only 5 star rating they have is written by them. Buyer Beware!!

"Bad an ugly experience. Their website showed the best price. I did the order and they never shipped my order. I send e-mail claiming 7 days after placing the order, then they request to call back them, I did and they promised to ship same day, they charge my credit card I wait 4 days after and product was not shipped yet. I called again and I have to cancel the order they have not shipped. No communication at all during the process. I am waiting for my refund. I hope they do faster than never shipping procedure, if not I will have to request a chargeback to my bank. I hope do not find suppliers like this in the future. Ugly experience"

"Like others have said they called me to "get credit card info" and tried to up sell me on accessories. I refused them and the order was processed. They also never sent me a tracking number. On the bright side I got my camera within the 7-10 days they quoted. they also didn't add "surprise" shipping insurance, like others have mentioned. The package arrived it was a new camera in the box for a very very low price! Over all my experience wasn't as bad as others have posed. It did feel "shady" but it all worked out in the end."

"Classical scam/ripoff scheme. They are listed with the best price in google product search, so I decided to try them. Ordered on Tuesday. Got a call on Friday the same week. First, they told me my credit card verification code is missing (I am sure I provided it on the web site). Turns out that was just a reason to hand me over to the "scam" department, where I was asked:
a. Whether I was in need of a memory card.
b. Whether I was in need of a camera bag.
c. Whether I want to buy $15 shipping insurance.

After rejecting all offers, they insisted the insurance is a must. I told them it it's required it should have been added to the total price to start with. They backed off and said: "We are going to make an exception just for you as we want happy customers". Yeah, right... I sensed something fishy and called them first thing on Monday to check the status of my order and sure enough, after waiting for 10 minutes I got appologies that they somehow "ran out of stock"...
Too bad I did not check their reviews before. That could save me a week of my time.

"The folks at All TV Mall came through on my "hard to find" camcorder order. It took a week or so to work through the details on billing, and then the product shipped and was exactly what I wanted. The extended warranty which they offered was quite reasonably priced. Overall, I am happy! Thank you!"

"Company feels very shady in dealing with them over the phone. before placing my order I asked several questions about their shipping procedures, I was informed that IF I was to pay extra money I could have the product expedited, but if not then it would take 8-15 business days to process and have the order shipped out. His comment stated that they do not like to rush tv orders due to damages. Really? Its a matter of taking an order, processing it, and having a shipping services pick it up.

I see no need to procrastinate a paying customers order to force them in to higher paid shipping cost. After doing some research on this company I have found that I am not the first to have this issues, and I WILL NOT be the last.

It seems that all there positive reviews were written by the company that is getting reviewed, so I wouldn't trust any of their positive reviews.

I do not recommend this company to anybody.
I deal with Online businesses on a DAILY basis. I am not an average online consumer.

"DON'T BUY FROM ALL TV MALL. They did the same thing to me regarding the insurance that others reported. I ordered a Panasonic TV for $1799. After 3 days of waiting for my order to be shipped I called to check on the status of my order. Then Alan tried to sell me a mounting kit and an extended warranty, all of which I turned down. He then informed me that insurance on the shipping would be $370. I said I would decline the insurance and he said that was not an option. Insurance was required and this was the final price. That's over 20% added. I read the policy and it clearly states that there would no charge for freight insurance. I cancelled my order. Don't buy from these guys. They are rip off artists."

"I'll confirm what other posters stated: Don't do business with this company. They're deceitful and not to be trusted. I had the same experience as these others. Here's some of what I wrote them. Unsurprisingly, I didn't get a reply.

"I purchased a 60" TV on December 27. Yesterday I spoke to someone there who told me that I was required to pay for shipping insurance to get the TV shipped. I asked whether the shipping insurance was mentioned or included anywhere during the purchase process. Initially he told me that "it was there". After I pressed him, he changed his answer to "It's on the All TV Mall web site”, and told me to go look for it.

Well, I looked for it, and IT'S NOT ON THE WEBSITE.

I also looked for ratings of your company, and found that other people have experienced this same problem with your company's fundamental honesty."

It’s clear that All TV Mall is trying to squeeze a bit more profit out of my TV purchase. It’s also clear that my purchase – a LEGAL CONTRACT – was for ONLY $1,789.00. No other costs were mentioned or included, either in: (1) the online purchase process, (2) the email receipt sent by your company, or (3) your company’s web site."

DO SOMETHING TO END THIS TYPE OF FRAUD ON THE INTERNET! I encourage all posters to submit a complaint to the New Jersey Better Business Bureau (https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/getstarted.aspx?siteID=89) and to send a letter to the New Jersey Office of Consumer Protection / E-Commerce Investigative Unit (address at: http://www.state.nj.us/lps/ca/ocp/ecommerce.htm).

"DO NOT PURCHSE FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS FRAUD! As a prior poster noted, this website uses a bait and switch technique when it comes to their selling! My wife and I placed an order online last evening for a TV (Samsung UN60C6300 for $2,289), and I called today to confirm the purchase. The customer service rep confirmed that it was being proicessed and he proceded to confirm the checkout. At that time he casually noted that with the INSURANCE cost the total would be over $2500! I asked him what he meant by insurance and he indicated that any TV that size (60 inch) required insurance (note that this is different than the insurance excuse they gave to a prior poster here. They can't even get their scam excuses correct!). I indicated that this was the first I had heard or seen anything about insurance and he said it was in their policy. I asked where that was and that I was on the website and he indicated it's in their policy section, but didn't indicate where that was and proceeded to try and hard sell me with "listen, do you want this TV or not, it's in our policy shipping section and this is our last TV". Well, I happened to find it (it's in very small hyperlink print on the bottom right of their website) and I indicated to him that their shipping section states NOTHING about required insurance. He then changed his story and said it was simply in their policy and that the insurance was necessary in case the TV was damamged and that I wouldn't want a cracked TV set. I then indicated that damaged merchadise on delivery was their responsibility anyway and he then changed direction again and went back to "well do you want it or not". At that point I cancelled and suggested ideas for what he should do with the TV (not nice, I know).

Well, I read through the entire policy and in fact their policy EXPLICITLY states the following:
1. Freight Shipments:

It is important for you to inspect the product for physical damage upon delivery prior to signing for it. If you notice any physical damage simply refuse the delivery, call us right away and we will submit a claim. Once the claim has been received by the Freight Company we will issue a new order for replacement. Claims for damage/pilferage must be reported to ****@**** or customer service 1-***-***-****.

All Freight is insured at no additional cost to you for damage.

So, they are not simply liars, they are con and scam artists! Whatever you do, do NOT purchase from this company!!!!!

"Buyer Beware. This company is a FRAUD. I tried buying a Samsung UN46C7000 for $1349.00 and got a confirmation email telling me my order number and total price was $1349.00. When I called them about shipping the manager said I also have to pay a $200 charge for insurance and that my new total is $1549.00. I said I got the order confirmation email saying the total is $1349.00 as proof. The manager said that any charge over $1000 there is a $200 insurance fee. I asked where on the website says this and the manager said "it's on there somewhere". This is false advertising and it's Fraud. Highly illegal. The manager said I am still getting a good deal for $1549.00 compared to other companies. Not my problem pal. The other good reviews have got to be friends and family of the business as I am sure people would complain about this illegal activity. "
