"Absolutely love the chandelier and glad I waited for it, BUT.......it was first ordered in August. After being told it was back ordered 3 separate times, given new shipping dates, canceling then reordering it 3 separate times, it finally arrived in December. I don't know if it was due to manufacturer issues, All Modern issues, or what, but 4 months is an unreasonable amount of time to have to wait for an order. I've ordered many items from All Modern and have never had any issues before. I would have said "completely dissatisfied" if I didn't like the chandelier so much. "

"With the holidays approaching I decided to order a new couch for my annual party. I was told it would be delivered around 12/13/2016, which would have been perfect... however according to the tracking and sitting at the warehouse for a week it should be delivered 12/22/2016...thanks for screwing up my party. I got rid on the old one. When i called to complaint I'm told that the tracking is wrong and oh I'm sorry . I can not tell you how upset I am about this!!! I will never do busy this all modern again.

"The delivery was fast. The headboard was in good condition when it was opened. The headboard was beautiful. There were a few spots around the edge of headboard that I think they could have done a litter better job, and pulled a litter tighter for a smoother look, but all in all the headboard was great.
