The first place I ordered from was a bit cheaper, but two days they emailed me they didn’t have it in stock. I then contacted All Data Resources and things went a lot smoother. "I emailed them on 2/28/19 and asked if they had a cabinet in stock, what shipping time was and how much to ship it. They responded back and said I could have it in 3 days and how much shipping was.
On Friday, 3/4/19, I placed the order online and figured they would reach out to me on Monday morning about the shipping charges. They emailed me on Tuesday the 5th and told me about shipping, I mentioned that they had already quoted it and agreed they would charge my card the additional amount.
After emailing them a few times looking for an update, with no response, on 3/12/19, I got an email saying the order had been shipped, but the tracking number was empty. They responded with they would look into it. Several emails later asking for an update, I got a couple of responses saying they were looking into it. On 3/15, they finally told me that the cabinet had not yet shipped and it would be another week. At this point, I canceled the order and they said it was canceled and they would refund my money. As of 3/21/19, they still had not issued a refund, so I opened a dispute with my credit card company and that is now in the works.
I should also mention that they don't answer their phone or return voice mails. Judging by the sound of their voicemail system, it's just a cell phone. "

"I placed the order for 08EA of Mircom CF-200-EWT on 10/02/18, no response from from them for 3-4 weeks even after sending mails for update. Due to the non response to mails, I cancelled the order. Then they replied that we are looking into it but no update later.
On 11/7 I received the item but no part number or manufacture name, Mircom CF-200-EWT on the product. Looks like China made non quality item.
I request them to return this since the order is already cancelled, still I am waiting for RGA. Now it is almost 4 months now. No money returned or no reply received

When I contacted them I received a message "We are working on it" After 2 more weeks I had not heard anything more. I sent an email canceling the order. After 2 weeks my credit card had not received the refund. Finally I found that the owner's name was Jeff Selby phone number ***-***-**** address 2892 Prairie Dr, Lewis Center OH. Google maps shows this a a house in a subdivision. I left a message on his phone and received a credit on my card. There is no way to contact the company other than by email which they can ignore. A warning sign."
"My order was placed on November 28th. My credit card was charged that same day. I received no order confirmation. All Data claimed the item was shipped on December 5th (although their web site claims 95% of orders are shipped within 1-2 days of payment receipt). There is no way to view order history on their website. They do not provide any way of tracking the order. They do not list any phone numbers on their website other than a fax number. I have e-mailed them three times asking about the status of my order and for tracking information. No response. It is now December 17th. I finally was able to find a phone number (from my credit card statement). I called them, but no one answered - just a recording requesting that I leave a message.
