"This has been a really weird deal with this company, in every possible way. Had purchased 100 batteries to use for the rebuilding of power tool packs and 3 were bad. Since these people are supposed to be battery experts I asked several questions about the battery packs I was building and got no help. Found people on web explaining the issues and had to use the info found there. Without help from people on web I would not have figured out that the issues I was having were all because of the 3 dead batteries they sent causing packs to not work right. Sad that these guys would not know simple issues like how much power their batteries put out when new. When asking for 3 replacement batteries I also purchased another group of items at full price. They took the order on April 13th and I never heard another thing - even though they took my money on that date. I had waited almost two weeks and sent mail to ask what had happened to my order?? Suddenly I get a mail saying my order has shipped but it is now April 27th - two weeks since they took payment. You would think they might ship the small box by priority mail to at least get it to me sooner - but no - they send UPS ground from west coast which means it will be about 24 days from date I paid - to date I hopefully get items (and hope these items are all good). The mail that came talking about ship only mentions Fed Ex and US mail so sending UPS ground is not even mentioned as one of their ship options. Almost like they decided to send it by slowest means since they already "forgot" the order in the first place. Have purchased chargers, battery packs, cells, and other items from this place before - but kind of thinking twice about it now. "

"I purchased the Tenergy 12 bay charger with 12 Tenergy AA batteries so to keep my under the kitchen cabinet lights going. I charged the batteries and went to put them into the lights only to find out they would not fit. The Tenergy batteries have a larger diameter then other major brands, go figure.......anyhow I cannot use the Tenergy batteries for anything they were bought for. Now you have to wonder why these idiots would make them a different size.
