BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a NEW Megastorage CD player with manual, cord, batteries and remote as advertised on their website. I got drop shipped a very old beat up used one they ordered on EBAY with none of the items that were supposed to be included. The EBAY packing slip was in the package! They bought this piece of junk for half of what I paid them and they actually fought me on this when I complained. I had to file a grievance with Paypal. A couple of days after my order I went to their website to check and there was no website as their domain name had expired! Not a good sign!
I wish I had read all these comments before I ordered! I could never do this to anyone. Never! It was a nightmare. Do business with these people at your own financial risk!
And they are still selling this item they don't have on their website! Yes, really!

"I paid $104.00 in December 2009 for an item I've not yet received (now 8 months later). I have sent an email each week since January with no resolution. Phone calls are not answered and you can't leave a message. This is some shyster in a tar paper cabin with an internet connection."

"I ordered a sony lbt-zx80d stereo from this merchant on jan 6th. I have emailed jonas several times but get no response, nor did i get any shipping comfirmation. Luckily i ordered with my mastercard and through 2checkout.com, so i should be able to get my cash back if i dont get the stereo. 2checkout.com sent jonas a message stating that i had not heard anything since i placed my purchase. He responded saying it was being drop shipped and would take 7-21 days, Wed will be 21 days. But after reading some of the complaints here i am concerned. After wed i will be contacting his local sheriff and police, along with the post office and the FBI internet fraud division. If anyone who has been ripped off by this scum bag wants to share info so we can file complaints together feel free to contact me at ****@****. "

"BEWARE! Do not use this vendor. I ordered 3 items in October, it is now 1/20/2010 and I have not received the items. The phone # rings to an answering machine but no one ever returns my call. I have sent numerous e-mails with no response. I received one reply in December stating the items had been back-orderd and would be shipped that week. Still have not received. This is a total scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE."

"I concur with user SOMEONEXH that what they are doing is a scam. I purchased a SONY Mini Shelf System for my mother over a month ago after having done some research online as I always do. The price seemed reasonable especially with the "Free Shipping" if I pay with a money order. I figured it is the holiday season and businesses are doing as much as possible to get clientele, but as always before buying anything online from a “business” that I don't know. I read the little information that was on the website and then googled the website and did not see much information about RCT Electronics, which I believe is also called All About Computers—I did not know that at the time. So, I then sent an email in which I asked several questions i.e. is the item new or refurbished, refund policy, etc., and received a reply within a few hours. The answers that I received and the short time that I received the answers in made me think that it was a “legit” company with great customer service. I registered and sent a United States Postal Money Order the following day.

I checked my account status a few days after and saw the money order had been received, all is going well. There is a 10 day waiting period for checks and apparently for money orders to clear, typical for a business, but not so much for money orders especially a US Postal Money Order. 11 days passed and after checking my account, there was no update. I sent an email asking for an update and I received a reply shortly after stating that I will be receiving a tracking confirmation notice shortly. All is well, until a week goes by and no response so I sent another email a week after the previous and last email that I will receive from them. 12/21/09 was the last time I received an email response regarding my item and there is not update on my account as well.

I have sent them numerous emails and have even called, but an answering machine with a lady stating to leave a message or for a faster response to send an email. However, I was not able to leave a message after I called twice and I have yet to receive a response after weeks and numerous emails. This past Monday, I went down to the post office and filled a money order inquiry form (#6401 ($5.40) to see whether my money order has been cashed. As soon as I get the information, I will file a complaint with the following: Internet Crime Complaint Center (http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx), FCC Consumer Complaint (http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm).
I gave them the benefit of doubt, but after no communication I have no other option and it is useless to keep trying to communicate with them as I will not receive a reply. I understand that perhaps I will not get my money back, but at least I will have reported them and perhaps saved others from falling.

To user SOMEONEXH or anyone else who is having this same problem, we can communicate to figure out what we can do in order to get our money back or at least prevent this from happening again. The aforementioned websites are a good start. However, I do not know if we can send private emails through here, but feel free contact me if you can. Also, all the information that I have stated here, I have also sent to RCT Electronics/All About Computers and have stated to them that they know my intentions and that I have no hidden agenda.

"***BUYER BEWARE!!!*** **SCAM!!**
I used the companies online chat to talk to Jonas and complete the order of the Infocus X10 projector which I kept a few chat logs as well. He called me at my work and talked me through doing the wire transfer to his business as that was the fastest and quickest way for me to get my projector, he also stated to use the option at the bank of "ASAP" which means you get charged $25 wire transfer fee as they will do it same day. He said if they were to get it that day (11/24/09) that he would be able to ship out the item that day if not then he could ship it out the following day (11/25/09). I spent the $25 to make sure it would get shipped immediately. After wiring him the money I did not receive any type of confirmation or receipt from his company after placing the order. I called the company the following day to follow up and was told it takes a while for the website software to "update" but my order has been processed and taken care of. I asked for a tracking number for the shipment which he avoided to answer by saying the website will update with that information.

I let a few days go by and even a weekend and decided to call on Monday (11/30/09) without any responses to phone calls ( I called probably 20+ times and random times). I then used his website chat again and explained that I still have no receipts or any type of confirmation about my order. He then said to give him a few minutes because he was very busy and he would update the order information on the website. After waiting a while he asked me to check my order information out on the website which reflected my order (still as unpaid). I then had a confirmation number and asked him to contact me via phone which he ignored by telling me he was busy with other customers on the phone. At which point I asked for a tracking number for the shipment and he left chat immediately. I then initiated another chat session which was answered then cut off immediately. I was not able to chat again as he then took the chat function offline from his site.
I then tried calling multiple times throughout the day and again never an answer. I left a voice mail (on which the voicemail clearly states that they guarantee a response within the next business day). I never did receive a call back and I had no choice to wait for the following day Tuesday (12/01/09). I tried calling them most of Tuesday as well without any responses. I watched their site throughout the day waiting for the chat function to appear online. When it finally came online I initiated a chat session. It was answered by "Holly". I explained the situation and the lack of response by Jonas and she assured me that everything was fine and she would get to the bottom of the order. I gave her my information along with customer ID and order number. She stated she would contact the shipping company to find out the tracking number and more information. I was asked to hold ... after about 30 minutes she apologized that it was taking so long and asked me to continue to hold. After over an hour and a half I asked for a status update to then which "Holly" disconnected the chat. I tried to initiate chat again which was ignored. Then the chat function went offline again. I called the number over and over which I never got through. I ended up leaving a stern voicemail asking to please call me back and discuss this order.

*update 1/7/09 I have called their company on both phone number and have only gotten through ONCE out of the 50+ times I have tried to reach them. When I was able to get an actual answer instead of voicemail that is never checked I was hung up on after having to wait 10 minutes on hold when they said they were "looking up my order". I chatted with someone yesterday through thier online chat (I have to change my name for the Customer portion or they will not answer the chat page) and gave them a phone number to call me at and just like the past nothing ever comes of it. Anytime I bring up my order or my name they will just ignore any furthar communication. I wired them $1100 and have seen absolutely nothing in over a month. WORST customer experience I have ever encountered. They have a HORRIBLE reputation on google checkout reviews as well for scams and other customer nightmares. I wish I would have done my research before buying. I will be going to the court house to file a claim against him and his supposed bussiness.
