"To get prints in time for a gift, I paid for "overnight" shipping. It still took 5 days to get it and they were all crushed in the triangular box. They sent rush replacements, but it still took 4 days. Don't call it "overnight" if it takes 5 days, and if you sell posters, don't ship in crappy triangular boxes that get crushed."

"I initially ordered a couple of posters online and realized after submitting my order that I made a mistake. I contacted AllPosters.com's Customer Service Department within an hour and they were very understanding and gracious in allowing me to cancel my order and re-order the correct items. I then ordered two posters and received both items separately in the mail and they arrived within a few days. I could not be happier with the quality of my laminated posters!"
