I emailed customer service and requested reimbursement for the expedited shipping fee. I was granted my reimbursement for the fee, but still given the expedited shipping. My framed canvas print arrived only a few days later and it looks extremely high quality and fantastic. The interactions with customer service were clear, professional, and courteous.
