"Ordered two, my mistake. Both came and are made in China. Cheap quality and i got suckered paying big bucks. Will never do it again, at least not with this company. I tried reaching them for a refund and their return policy is complicated, they card for returns and then since i couldn't reach them for awhile, when i finally did, they said i missed the 30 day return policy by about 2 days. "I received 2 prescriptions from optometrist and asked allbrandsglassses to contact me before filling the order. I spoke with a representative who was dismissive and assured me that he would fill the correct prescription. Even after sending them images of both prescriptions and speaking with the person, I received the wrong prescription (it wasn't even close!). I asked for replacements and was denied over and over again even after explaining to them their error. Never, ever, trust this company."

"I ordered RayBan glasses for my son. They were supposedly in stock and would ship within 4 days. 2 weeks later I tried calling and emailing the company. They never answered the phone. Once I reported it to PayPal they contacted me to say that if I drop the dispute, the glasses would be shipped. I tried explaining that the dispute was triggered because they didn't ship and that all they needed to do was provide PayPal a tracking number, but they only wanted me to remove my only recourse with getting my money back if they dont ship. DONT DO IT. Wish I read the reviews first."

"Although the price was good, it was not worth the horrible service! My grandson has been waiting for his sunglasses for nearly 6 weeks. I received NO email updating me on the fact that the glasses that the glasses did not pass inspection, not once but twice! When I called you every week for 4 weeks they said they were to be shipped by the end of the week, should have canceled the order, but the assured me they would be done and would send out expedited shipping, haha what a joke, they were shipped on a Monday and the estimated delivery is Saturday!!!!! If that’s expedited, I’d hate to see what normal delivery would have been, and they gave me a whopping 5% back on my total which was $5.94 for my inconvenience! "I ordered “RayBan” glasses frames from this website and when I received them, just by looking at them, I could tell they were fake. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the company agreed to refund me the full amount and waive the restocking fee. When they got my glasses back, they emailed me and said “we got the glasses and issued a refund. We’re sorry about the bad experience but it’s really not our fault.” What kind of company sends an email like that to a customer?? Do NOT recommend this fake site at all "

"15% re-stocking fee; do not refund taxes (Is this legal?); must be in original packaging; should be insured for the full value of glasses; and if instructions are not filled properly, "we will not be able to receive your shipment." The glass frames looked cheap, not as pictured. After following AllBrandsGlasses return policy, it's not worth sending back frames for whatever refund would be left. I have had great experiences with on-line shopping, this is not one of them. In the future, I will buy glass frames locally where I have the opportunity to check out the product!"

"Ordered some prescription RayBan RB8901 glasses. Paid $310 for premium lenses and frames. Ordered and immediately received an order confirmation. I didn't hear from them until 9 days later when they emailed me to tell me that the glasses shipped. 2 days later i got my glasses delivered to my door. 11 day turnaround (7 business days). I really don't have any complaints! glasses fit great and come with the RayBan cleaning cloth and carrying case!"

"Awful company! Do not order from them!

I order a pair of Miriflex Baby Zero 2 glasses for my 11 month old on May 9th with the promise of the order being shipped with 7-14 days. I even paid for rushed shipping to get them faster as my son needed them ASAP.

I never received a confirmation email or any updates from them until I started chasing them down two weeks after the order, They operate by using an international call center so if you can get someone of the phone they are definitely not actually in the warehouse where things are made or shipped.

I kept getting promises of emails with updates none of which ever came, They kept telling me another future date they would be shipped which kept changing every time I called.

After waiting 3 weeks while my son didn't have the glasses he needed they finally called me and said they couldn't make them. They said their machine couldn't cut the lenses for those glasses even though they sold them to me.

After waiting so long and being put off so many times this was more than disappointing. They wanted me to pay for the frames without lenses and they said they would ship them to me and I could try to find a place that could actually cut the lenses.

After well over a month of this circus and trying to see if I could find someone to finish their job I asked for a full refund and bought else where. I'm now awaiting a refund, who knows if that will actually come."

"Don't be stupid and order from this bunch of incompetent people. They give delivery times and then can't meet them. Item stated as being delivered in 7- 12 days NOT IN STOCK and had to be ordered overseas. Then they refused to overnight ship because they aren't set up for that option with UPS or USPS and were unwilling to do so. No one speaks English, and all they can do is repeat the same thing over and over. Wouldn't cancel the order and refund my money. "

"They are in Jersey City NJ, I am also located in North Jersey. The 5-7 business days they said it would take turned into 14-16. Once shipped using USPS 1 Day Priority mail my glasses wound up in Maine over a week later. Their only response was to file a trace with USPS. I will NEVER buy from this company again!"
