"I had an HP computer just shut down on. I thought it was the power supply and order a new one from Alinc Technologies. Prior to the power supply arrival, I discovered the power supply was not the problem. I ordered on a Wednesday and was not expecting the power supply to arrive until Monday. It arrived the next day on Thursday. I promptly contacted Alinc Technologies and spoke with the same person who I was chatting with when I ordered the power supply. He promptly sent me an RMA and instructions for return to HP by e-mail. I returned the HP power supply without any hassle and the customer service representative was excellent, obviously knew what he was doing and helped me with my issue both times (order and return). If I need a computer part in the future or any other electronic part, I will be checking with Alinc Technologies first before going anywhere else. It could have turned out to have been a nightmare, but their excellent customer support took the pressure off and made everything easy. Thanks, Alinc!"
"I placed and paid for an order over the phone for a laptop display. Before I paid for the order the salesman confirm there were five available in stock. After a few days I did not receive a phone call but only an email stating that my order was canceled. When I called to inquire about the cancellation was told it was due to a price increase??? So if that is the case, why not contact me to discuss the price increase from the manufacturer? Instead of just canceling my order? Not a very smart way to run a successful business. Best of luck to you in the future with that concept..."
