"Ordered 2 USB 2.0 external enclosure. Web site advertisement and invoice says it has NEC chipset. Received enclosures has MYSON chipset, which usually 15% cheaper. Finally they refuse to do anything the only option was to send them to manufacturer for replacement (initially they told that NEC based enclosures have been discontinued). I can't get any word from them about who is supposed to pay for shipping in this case, i don't believe i should."
