" This was one awesome company. I ordered a Thermaltake case from them on tuesday the 17th, and after being processed the same day (granted I also ordered it late that night, and was told 9pm MTN it was ready to ship), it quickly arrived on friday the 20th.
My only complaint was that half the bottom of the case's box was ripped open and hanging freely with the manual packaged loosely (I hope I didn't lose anything else, cause all I got was a manual in the box). The case was in perfect condition though, and all the parts were sealed within it.

"Not a great experience. I ordered a Twump PATA-to-SATA converter for my Maxtor DM9+ harddrive. It arrived after 10 days via UPS. The box was smashed beyond belief. They either ran over it or sat a refrigerator on it. Honestly, it was a 7 inch high box that was smashed to about 3.5 inches height. The retail package inside was also crushed, and the actual converter had 2 bent prongs for the HDD LED, a bent SATA adapter, about a dozen bent IDE pins (on the reverse side of the PCB from what is plugged into the drive). While I recognize that Ajump isn't ENTIRELY responsible, they are the ones who use UPS rather than FedEx like everyone else. From now on, I only use FedEx shipping retailers. UPS sucks. I've never received a package shipped by them that wasn't damaged. Rather than deal with the inevitable headache of RMAing this part, haggling over the restocking fee, waiting for them to ship me a new one once they've received mine, and hoping that this one survives the UPS gauntlet, I pitched it and went to CompUSA. $25 worth of wisdom."
