"First of all, I'm not sure who is writing these reviews, but they don't seem to reflect the experience dealing with these guys. I placed an order due to the price being far lower than any of the usual online retailers. The next day I receive an email and call from someone claiming to be in customer service and needing to confirm my identity and billing info prior to processing. He basically asked me if the info entered was correct, which is NOT a verification...a potential thief would just say yes anyways. "Alan" then proceeded to pressure me into an extended battery and claimed the included battery was not rechargeable and would only last 20 minutes, which of course is not true if they are selling NEW unopened products. He then tried to sell me a memory card as well. I told him I wasn't interested and he persisted that "it's not like these things cost a fortune" and was giving all this attitude. My personal opinion is that these guys are not to be trusted. I called to cancel my order and a man hung up on me after saying "it's cancelled". Zero customer service and scam-like sales tactics. Who knows what they would have shipped me...didn't wait to find out and neither should you."

Called and placed on hold for 20-25 minutes and then hung up on me. called back and was on hold for 30 minutes and asked about an order I had placed was transferred and talked to someone. Asked about an order I had placed and they said my order had been processed. I asked if it had been shipped and they said yes. I asked when it was shipped they said they did not know. Asked how it was shipped and they said they did not know the shipping method. To begin with they said in an email I needed to call after my order was placed to confirm my order. Once I called they tried to sell me additional pieces that totaled $65.99. Not happy with this company. Please search ajrichies.com and read all the negative comments associated with it. This company is a scam."
