"Ordered a Canon T3i camera on 8/21/13. Received e-mail advising that the order has been Billed & sent to the warehouse, your order will be shipped shortly. Called 4 weeks later checking on order. Was advised that the order was coming directly from Canon in Japan and that no forwarding would be available until it arrives USA and FEDEX would deliver. Checked back on 9/23 and was told that it had not reached USA and would put out tracer. On 9/25 was told that it had shipped by 3 day FEDEX and I would receive on 9/27. No delivery. Called on 9/30 and was told that it had not shipped. Shipment was lost and they had to wait until claim was paid. Told them to cancel and issue refund which will take 7 - 10 days. In retrospect, this was probably a "gray" area camera since it was coming from Japan and would not be same quality as USA."

"I don´t live and USA, so a friend made me the favor of buying a Nikon P510 with her address data and credit card August 30, as I'll be in Orlando in October and wanted to have a good camera for the trip. I bought it because it was very cheap online. Since then I asked my friend everyday if my camera arrived, and nothing. He gave me the phone number of AJRICHIES.COM and from my country I have been calling the number 1-***-***-**** and have never received a response.

I'm demoralized and thinking that my money was lost. I travel next week to Orlando and not have camera to save the memories of my visit.

Anyone who does not believe me, I invite you to try calling 1-***-***-**** or 1-***-***-**** lines and tell me if someone responds.

Someone once told me, I gave the order number 1205958 and transferred the call to a place where no one answered. I spent a lot of $$$$ calling USA to find out my camera and I have not received a response.

I'm desperate and do not know where to turn so that at least the money back to my friend."

"I ordered a camera from A J Richies on Aug 29th using my credit card. I never received the camera or a tracking number. Calling on the phone each time I get a message they are closed several days for the Holiday. Since there wasn't and isn't any holidays, I thought maybe they observe some foreign holiday. Since their shipping time has run out I start checking and find these negative reviews. It certainly appears to be a scam, or may be a company or individual in financial trouble and going out of business. I don't have the time to research this any further. Luckily they never processed my credit card. If they do, I will stop payment on it.

If your lucking enough do be doing research on purchasing from them, DON'T. I normally never buy anything online without doing research first. This time I didn't and thankfully all it's done is waste my time."

"I am the latest victim of their scam. I ordered a nikon d7000 for a present on August 28th and still no tracking number. OF course they called and I fell for the better battery scam too so they have even more of my $'s. Now I am getting the run around by customer service. The order is shipped but I will not get a tracking number until it reaching the US. ( it was supposed to be in stock and shipping was 10-12 business days )
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THey bait with a low price, increase it to the normal price with "additions" and then... well I do not know as I am still waiting"

"I placed an order online...have now been trading phone calls with someone for over a week because he cannot process my order until we chat. When I call all I ever get is voice mail, thus the frustration. I have even tried calling the sales and accounting numbers and I'm left on eternal hold there as well. To add to this, sometimes the main number just rings and then hangs up. At least I do get return calls, but miss them due to travel. It would appear that they could use some help and perhaps doing a global outsource would allow for better service but without increasing costs. I have read the other posts and it appears that the deal is good when you buy here, but be prepared for the brain damage that accompanies your deal. It has been a week and still no charge to my account, no answering of the phone and obviously no shipping of the camera."
