"The package arrrived quickly and in good shape. Everything was there, but the guns I ordered were not exactly what I expected. They are okay for the sale price I payed, but had I payed the regular price or if they weren't a Christmas present and it is 4 days away, I would be sending them back."

"After an eleven day wait on three day shipping, my mom had to go pick up the gun, and when I opened it, it was the wrong gun with nowhere near the same value. I ordered a JG SR25 worth $250 and was shipped a JG M4 worth $130. The serial number was scratched out and another one was written next to it. Now I have to ship it back and wait probably two weeks toa month for the correct gun to be shipped back to me. I am still disappointed with this company."

"Placed and order on 12/16/13 (Monday) for an airsoft pistol, extra mag, and 1 can of green gas. All items in the description were in stock and it stated "will ship within 24hrs of order." I also paid for 3 day shipping thinking it would get here before the end of the week . As of Wednesday the items just shipped. The tracking information stated package will be delivered on 12/23/13 a full week after ordering in stead of 3days like I paid for. Sent an email with no response. Disappointed on the service and misleading information on the website.


Update on 12/26/13 was contacted by ****@****. Attempted to make it right. Make sure if you order compressed air in a can do no't pay for fast shipping.

"I recently placed an order through airsplat for a gift for my son for Christmas. I received a confirmation email stating that the item was ready for shipping. Two days later I checked again because he was eager to see where it was. The tracking number I was given, stated that the shipment had been voided by the sender Airsplat and they did not have it. After writing a few emails, with no response, my son called to find out what was going on. Apparently airsplat did not have the item in Stock like they said, and then neglected to tell me. Here is the issue, I'm in the military and will not be with my son this Christmas, he asked specifically for this and was very excited unfortunately things happen and he understands but I am more disappointed then he is. All I wanted was a picture of him and his new airsoft gun he had researched and spent time looking for it. Now not only do I have to wait for a refund but he will not get anything on time for Christmas. This may not happen all of the time but this is not the time. Please fix your communication with your customers and make sure the numbers are up to date oh and don't confirm that something is ready for shipping with a tracking number if you do not have it in stock. This is one more stressor I didn't need besides being away from my family."

"Ordered the ICS MP5 SD5 online at Christmas. Paid addl shipping to get it quickly as the reviews were not very good about their shipping. Was excited when order showed up on time...too bad everything was in the box except the GUN my son wanted. Oh but on the packing slip it said "Not in stock". So when I called I was put on hold for 10 min in the call que. Then it finally rang and went to voice mail. Only problem was the voice mail was full and I couldnt leave a message. No where online did it say the item was on backorder. Not sure when this thing is gonna show up but Im sure it wont be before christmas!!! "

"I ordered 2 airsoft gas rifles from airsplat on November 29. First, airsplat took away one of my rifles from the order without my knowledge. Second, airsplat charged me for both rifles and I still have not received my refund that was promised to me. Then, I receive the 1 rifle in the mail and it is the wrong rifle! I proceeded to email ****@**** like they tell me too and I get no response. I have only been successful getting someone on the phone twice and thats after waiting 25 minutes on hold. You expect me to believe that you're so busy you can't even take a phone call? The other times I have called, at least 10 times, all I do is wait on the phone for 15 minutes and then it just rings with no answer. I am sick of this ridiculous customer service and just want to talk to somebody! All I want to do is order from you guys with no hassle because you have the best prices. I guess I may have to change my airsoft supplier. "

"Hello I place and order about a week and half ago I called there customer service departmemt spoke to Tracy and she said that my package was delivered and I told her that no I didnt got anything I ask her if it was delivered threw ups and she said yes so I told her that ups required a signature to release the package and she had the nerved!!!!!!!  to tell me no they dont do that the sometimes leave it in the front door ... im blown away by this the way that company tell the costumer that is wrong when I actually  I call ups and they told me the a signature its required .... now I filed a complaint to see wats goin on and were its my package that company has my money and I have no package I dont know whos fault it is but airsplat company should make sure the delivery its well achieve if they r goin to choose that company for their own services very dissapointed with airsplat and I will never order from them guys again nor my airsoft team and trust me the word will spread fast  lets see wats goin to happend ...this its called BAD MANAGEMENT to my knowledge. ...  UPDATE!!!!!!! UPDATE!!!! OK TODAY18 OF DECEMBER IM REVEWING AGAIN AFTER HAVIN COMUNICATION WITH AIRSPLAT WITH A DIFERENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT EVERYTHING WENT SMOOOTH SAILING GOT MY PACKAGE AFTER 3 DAYS OF HAVING THIS ISSUED RESOLVED SO IM RE RATING IT A 5 STAR OVER ALL I WAS TAKING CARE OFF WELL DONE AIRSPLAT I JUST WISH IT WAS SMOOTH THE FIRS TIME but over all good job on taking care of ur customers!!!! One way or another thx again ...."
