"I had a malfunction in my gun that i ordered from them and the process of getting it returned has been a nightmare! First they do not give money back on guns that they sell you, even if its a piece of crap. no no no, that would be to hard, so they force you to either get the same piece of junk or give you store credit so your forced to buy there plastic junk (or medal junk), that way your money has to stay in there system. I bought my gun months ago and had it returned for almost two months and no one took care of me. I tried calling, but of course with Airsoft Mega Store nobody answered...so i thought well maybe email...nope...so maybe ill try...oh wait...thats about all i can do. I still dont have my gun and i still dont have my money back on the shipping label that they made me buy to send their gun back, that came in the mail BROKE! I am Very annoyed at the lack of care for there costumers. I plan airsoft wars and i will never recommend them to anyone of my friends because once you have trouble with a order then they leave you to fend for yourself. Im just glad I GOT AMAZON TO ORDER FROM BECAUSE THEY HAVENT MESSED UP WITH ME EVER.
