"Having searched on many websites, I continually come to the conclusion that Airsoft Megastore is the best one. AM has the best design of any airsoft website. It is much easier to comprehend and search AM than websites like Evike. They offer good deals on quality products, too. Their shipping is not unreasonable: it's fast and reliable--I've never received a purchase with a dented box or broken product inside. And I can't stress it enough how well-designed their website is compared to other Airsoft websites! This is a key factor that they all seem to miss: that design affects the user's experience and what they'll buy while at the website. I no longer rely on other sites to search because they simply turn me off. If it takes too long or is to complex to search for a product, people are less likely to purchase it, but AM has got it covered with their superior layout and understable advanced search functions!

"The mask came broken and scratched which they replaced. One of the rifles sling straps broke first using it. Both rifles have issues with firing and the the bbs are all over the place with regards to being on target, as well as feeding issues. Seems to be a big waste of money. "

"I have an older airsoft gun. I had it upgraded by a different store. I sent it back twice because it would not operate properly. After spending a couple hundred dollars I gave up their attitude to bad to sad we have your money. That was 3 years ago. This past month I contacted Airsoft Mega store and asked what they could do. They had me send it in and I paid a very small one time fee to get it to operate better then new. The people were so kind and kept me advised at all times what was going on and answered all by questions and concerns. About three weeks later it was returned and it operated flawlessly.
