"Shipping time was great on the first order that I made, no problems there at all. Although, a defective gun was sent to me. This cost me, the customer, almost twenty dollars to return the defective item to you. I then waited almost three weeks for the return process to be completed. To my surprise on a fraction of the guns cost was refunded to me through a gift certificate. So, I ended up spending about ninety dollars on a fifty dollar gun between shipping and the money taken away from me after the return. The return was not my fault to begin with and yet because of your mistake you cost me extra money and are unwilling to help. I have talked with customer service and was told on three separate accounts that you could do nothing for me. I really liked airrattle but this treatment will lead to the termination of my account and an end to my business with you. "
