"I ordered some scope rings from Airguns of Arizona and they did not fit the height of my scope. I contacted them for a return and they said they would not return them. I guess I should have read the return policy ahead of time. The rings were opened but only out of the package for ten minutes. When I expressed my frustration, they did offer to return them but only with a large restocking fee. I ended up having to sell them on an internet forum because I did not want to pay the restocking fee . This was frustrating."

"I decided to purchase my first my first PCP air rifle. Called AOA. Talked to Rich. He was friendly and helpful (check one). I ordered a .25 Daystate Wolverine HP R, Aztec scope, pellets and a 75 cubic foot Omega SCBA tank to refill it. Everything shipped a few days later (check two). Everything arrived well packed and undamaged (check three). Scope was mounted and zeroed, there was a test target and chrono results , as promised (check four). Filled Omega tank at dive shop, cleaned and refillled rifle. Put five rounds in one hole in center of bullseye at 20 yards (check five). A perfect five star performance by Daystate and Airguns of Arizona!"

"After contacting AOA and speaking with Rich, about buying a compressor, he asked me several questions as to how the compressor would be used. I explained that I fill my friends large air tanks and I needed a compressor that could handle a high demand of constant use. I had been on the AOA website and knew what my options were. Rich offered to replace it, but I told him it wasn't worth that much work. He said he was doing it anyway and sent a new one with a return label for the original piece. "I needed a good quality air rifle for pests in an abandoned building and searched the main merchants online. I watched several videos and liked those done by Airguns of Arizona. I sent an email telling them of my needs and asking about one of their offerings-Weihrauch HW50s Hunter package. Rich responded very quickly.
The next week I called with additional questions and Rich called me back, that doesnt always happen. I placed the order on a Wednesday, they set it up and sighted it in and had it in the mail by Friday. The packaging was excellent with almost no chance of damge short of running over the box with a truck. The HW50s is way nicer than I expected and is supremely accurate. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the gun and even more satisfied with the service. I think I am hooked on airguns now and will be buying from AOA again!"
"Just wanted to give a shout out to Shane - Tech and service department for great service for my DWolf, I have installed the new valve, programming my gun now with programmer, and I have updated all items to AWolf level, except the stock. I am now shooting 50 grn pellets with one hole accuracy at 36 yrds in my back yard range. That is pretty spectacular and std deviation of 2 fps except beginning after fill first 3 shots are ramp up or down, std of 7fps and same when falling off the reg. This is particularly good for windy conditions. Shane gave me some tunes, that just make the gun unbelievable. 130 bar about 50 consistent shots with only a 380 cc bottle. Freaking amazing.
Also Darren over seeing my orders, making quick changes and adding items.
