"Do not order from this company if you are expecting to get your item within, say, the month. I ordered a few parts, and then heard nothing. What I didn't know is that this company does not actually have everything in stock, they just order them cheap from other places and wait till they have everything, then ship it to you. I didn't have any problems with contacting them, someone answered the phone and told me part of my order was back ordered. It took about a month or two from the time I sent in the order, till they processed it, then received it. The cheap price wasn't worth the hassle. In fact, for a moment, I was afraid I wouldn't get my order."

"Terrible do not order anything from these guys after a month of leaving voicemail after voicemail I finally gave up on my order.... finally got a hold of someone on live chat and they said oh your order is on back order and the website specifically said that it was in stock... LIARS!!! don't do business"

"I ordered a Dakine Backpack because Airbomb had the best price. After the automatic response email - I never heard anything from them. A week later, I finally called to track my order and I could not get a live person on the phone during business hours. The customer service number continually became a busy signal. I tried the employee directory names, made one up (rob) and left a desperate message on his answering machine to speak to a live person - no call. I tried the online support - no answer. This went on for 3 days - finally someone answered and I was told that my backpack was on backorder- and they EXPECTED delivery within 6 WEEKS! I was lucky and my cc had not been charged... YET. I quickly cancelled my order. Btw- I ordered this from another retailer and received my shipment in 2 days. I believe this website is a scam - and I am monitoring my cc activity closely in case they decided to use my info."

"Most horrible customer service I have ever encountered.

I placed my order over two weeks ago and have checked online as well as called about a shipping status and could not find anything out. I was recently notified that the item was out of stock and is now on back order, but this was only after dozens of calls and emails. When were you planning on telling me???

On top of that they are unable to give me any kind of time frame regarding the shipment or status of my item. Of course, my credit card was charged the same day I placed the order. It seems time is only important in that aspect.

I hope to receive my item in the near future, but will not get my hopes up. I will not be using this store again.

"I would not order from Airbomb.com if time is of any importance. I placed my order for 2 Kenda tires 5/28. Today 6/8 I decided to call them to verify status since I haven't received a shipment email. Turns out that they are waiting for the shipment to come in from Kenda so that they can mail it to me. If i knew it was going to take this long I would have rather paid a little more and ordered from a different site. Airbomb.com service is too slow. "

"I placed an order for 4 tires on February 28, 2010. After waiting three weeks, I tried to email them by clicking on the link in their email confirming the order. To my surprise, the email came back as being "undeliverable." I tried several more times without success. I finally called, after four weeks, to find out when I would receive the tires I ordered. I was told a couple were out of stock to which I told the rep. to send me what they had. No such luck. Today, I opened two live (?) chat sessions only for the airbomb rep. to never respond to my question about the status of the order, whether anyone was there, etc. Its been five weeks and I still have no idea when, if ever, I'll receive the tires. All in all, appears to be a clueless, incompetent website."

"They have a good selection but take too long to deliver the goods and provide no answers to emails. I will have to admit that their FAQ does say that it takes them 2-5 days to fill the order before shipping from San Diego, CA. But for me it took them ten days to fill the order and then another six days for UPS delivery. They do have a nice tracking system you can look at every day while you're waiting an eternity to get your stuff."

"I ordered this on a Sunday. I got a confirmation email, but no tracking information. The following Friday, I called to ask what the status of my order was. They didn't even ask what my order number was, they just told me it would probably go out that day or the following Monday. I checked my account at their website the following Sunday, and there was STILL no information available. I called the next morning, Monday, only to be told that they didn't have any record of it having been shipped. I have dealt with numerous internet stores, I do the bulk of my shopping that way. I will NEVER do business with Airbomb.com again"

"I placed an order on 12/16, for an item that was supposedly in stock. I opted for the more expensive 3 Day Select shipping, to insure that my item would arrive in time for Christmas. Airbomb.com is in San Diego, and I live in Northern Calif., so getting the item to me in time should not have been a problem. The item never arrived. On Xmas Day, I sent an email, ordering them to cancel the order. Today(12/27) they sent me an email, advising me that my order had been completed and shipped. I had to call them to stop shipment. Good pricing is meaningless if they can't fill the order in a timely manner. Non-existent customer service. Don't buy here. "

"Airbomb.com came through in the end, but it was a pain getting there. They charged my credit card the day after I ordered, but did not ship my order until a week later. Since I had not heard from them I sent them an e-mail to enquire about my order status, and I did not receive a reply until six days later. Finally, I selected "UPS 3 Day Select" as my shipping option, but they shipped via USPS. They did provide the best price on the product, but I probably would not order from them again for the above reasons."
