Air Fryer

"I bought the air fryer and really did not know what to expect, my kids love it due to it being so convenient for them to pop food in and cook. But it stopped working months into purchase and the customer service team came and offered to replace it without having to send the whole unit in. I am so thankful and appreciative for all that was done. Happy customer for life"

Awesome Customer Service

"Purchased our ice make July 2017 and the compressor fan stopped working last month. I had purchased the additional warranty, but when I filed the claim, they stated it should still be covered under the original. I called the company and Elijah was extremely helpful. I have the old one boxed up and ready to be returned and they are shipping a new one!!"

NewAir Countertop Ice Maker - FIXED IT!

"My experience was excellent. My ice maker was 2-1/2 years old and its ice production had suddenly diminished to near nothing. I contacted customer service. They responded the next day and asked me a few specific questions. I answered the questions, and they promptly responded back with a suggestion for a possible solution.

In this particular instance, they nailed it. My ice maker is back making as much ice as it did when it was brand new. (My husband had to take the back off and clean the coils and fan -- they were blocked with fine dust!) We live in Arizona, the land of fine dust - even indoors.

"I must commend Robert in customer service. I had questions on the performance of my NewAir G56 heater. He was able to confirm my suspicions the heater was not working correctly and immediately shipped me a replacement. I value customer service very highly in any company I buy products from and find a wide range of competence and responsiveness with different companies.
