"My experience was excellent. My ice maker was 2-1/2 years old and its ice production had suddenly diminished to near nothing. I contacted customer service. They responded the next day and asked me a few specific questions. I answered the questions, and they promptly responded back with a suggestion for a possible solution.
In this particular instance, they nailed it. My ice maker is back making as much ice as it did when it was brand new. (My husband had to take the back off and clean the coils and fan -- they were blocked with fine dust!) We live in Arizona, the land of fine dust - even indoors."
