Received less and received later.

"Received less and received later . My friends have found their help, received 250 euro compensation in 2weeks. I found their agency for help, I wait almost 2mounths, but I haven’t received any compensation, and they told me they only help me receive 200euro and also reduce 75euro agency fees. So what is the airadvisor ‘s role ?received less and received later ?this makes me feel really terrible. It’s ridiculous at all."

Beware of "Air Advisor"!

"In October, I had a delay of over 8 hours with two minor children on Wizzair. I filed a complaint with the airline and with "Air Advisor".
In the form I filled out on "Air Advisor", I specified that I had also filed a complaint with the airline that caused the delay, Wizz Air.
They showed me, in a box on the right side of the web page, that I was entitled to a compensation of 250 euros per person, but they also added a "fee" of 75 euros per person. I asked them what this fee meant, and they told me that it was "Air Advisor's" commission of 30%. I explained to them that I did not agree to pay this commission as long as the airline, Wizz Air, was compensating me with the same amount without charging me additional fees, but "Air Advisor" invoked Article 6 of the contract and told me that I could no longer withdraw.
But here's the surprise: after 5 months of waiting, the 250 euros per person became 200 euros per person, and they also claimed a commission of 60 euros per person. Do you think it ended here? Unfortunately not. After lengthy discussions on chat, I offered my wife's bank account for them to deposit the 420 euros out of 750 euros, and they asked me to make a written statement with a signature, etc. In other words, I could no longer cancel the contract that I did not sign in handwriting with "Air Advisor", but they would not send the money to the mother of my children because I did not send them the handwritten form.
Beware of "Air Advisor"! They can promise you the moon and the stars, but if they only give you a little fish, it's not their fault, they will still charge you 30% of it!"

"Our family had a LuftHansa flight from FRA to London, which was delayed for no good reason. we tried to claim from airline, but LH was difficult and so we decided to submit claim for compensation to AirAdvisor. Good thing, they did not charge us to submit a claim. We had to provide passport information and out tickets. after abotu 2 months we received our money. feels good to get money from Lufthansa after spending time at airport and no excuses."
