"I purchased a tablet from ainolstore.com. The tablet was defective and I received a return authorization. After they received my tablet, they told me I should received a refund of $116. Never heard from them again!

Don't forget to follow the ainol store sucks facebook page.

"AinolStore its a very bad place to buy your Ainol products, sometimes when they put up deals its cheaper than other chinese stores like buyincoins or pandawill but you will be taking a huge risk.

I placed an order on 20/09/2012, on their Facebook page they said they had in stock and ready to ship the Ainol Aurora 2 which was on promotion for only $100, 7 days later I receive an email saying that my order was on backorder and that in less than 1 week they will email me again with the expected shipping date, after 6 days I got an generic email asking that if I still wanted the tablet to reply YES but that it was going to ship after 18/10/2012. Im very patient person so I reply back yes, on the 20th of October I email their customer service asking for an update, i got no answer back, I email them again on 26th and again i got no reply back, on the 30th I opened a dispute on paypal for the product no received and on the 1st of November I got rembolsed.

TL;DR
After almost 45 days of waiting for my shipping date, I opened up a dispute on paypal and after hearing almost nothing from the ainolstore I got my refund in less than 48 hours..

VERY BAD SERVICE (OR SHOULD I SAY...NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL) JUST BUY FROM ANOTHER CHINESE STORE EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO PAY 10-15 DOLLARS MORE.

"ENGLISH:
I ordered the Aurora II on September 18, and received it on October 5. Before they send the tablet, I contacted their customer service, who were slow to respond a little at first, but her attention was good. The packaging is not the best, but in spite of this the package arrived in good condition. For the most demanding probably not meet your expectations. The main package arrived slightly squashed on two corners, but no damage to the tablet and its accessories. I think they replaced a U.S. plug for additional screen saver, the plug anyway I do not would occupy. In short buy another tablet with them, and upon receipt will share my experience with you.

Ordené la Aurora II el 18/Septiembre, y la recibí el 5/Octubre. Antes de que la enviaran, me comuniqué con Servicio al Cliente, quienes tardaron en responder un poco al principio, pero su atención fue buena. El embalaje del paquete no es el mejor, pero a pesar de ello el paquete llegó en buen estado; para los más exigentes probablemente no cumpliría sus expectativas. La caja principal llegó ligeramente aplastada en dos esquinas, sin que se dañaran ni la tableta ni sus accesorios. Creo que me reemplazaron un plug americano por una mica adicional, de cualquier forma ese plug no lo ocuparía. En breve compraré otra tablet con ellos, y en cuanto la reciba les compartiré mi experiencia.
