"Long story short I sure wish I'd checked this site prior to ordering anything from Aiko Trading Company. After seveal unanswered emails and three weeks I finally recieved what I'd ordered.

Don't expect any customer support, it simply does not exist.

I sent an email to Fantasea, the manufacturer of the housing I ordered and got a response within 24 hours, on a SUNDAY!

Fantasea encouraged anyone having a problem with Aiko to contact them if the item you ordered was made by them.

Things would have been much easier if Robert had simply responed to my emails.

So if you're having problems with Fantasea products, send them an email, they were extremely responsive and helpful, maybe if enough of us complain Aiko will start providing some customer service.

"VERY DISSATISFIED with the service. I ordered camera housing and prior to the order, the company was responsive to my emails and answered my questions promptly. When I received it I learned I'd ordered the wrong model and quickly contacted them re: need to reurn it. Their website stated return policy of 7 days and required getting approval from them before returning product. Now there was NO RESPONSE to multiple emails to both sales and customer service. No phone # listed. I tried for a month, then sold it on Ebay at a loss of $85. Beware!"

"I'm very dissatisfied with AIKO service. I ordered Fantasea FS-200 Underwater Camera Housting at 24.12.2010 and still haven't received it. I sent mail them about my order but they didnt answer until yet. Communication with AIKO is very difficult. They've already charged my credit card with the product price and shipping. Where is my product , what about information.

update today 24.01.2001 and aiko sent me my order. thanks

"Not a good experience at all. I ordered this item expecting it to be delivered in time for my trip at the end of the month. I had to check the status myself 2 weeks later to find out that somehow my order had been cancelled. No notification to me and now I'm left scrambling with a few days left to find an alternative underwater camera for my trip. I will never buy from this merchant ever again. "

"This is my second order from Aiko. Second time I did not hesitate as first experience was good one year ago. Shipped on same day I order and received item in 3 days even with an international order to Japan. Well packaged and exactly as I expected. Shipping was faster than if I would have ordered it locally. Payment was smooth and really easy. No extra details, passwords etc. I will not hesitate to order more Ikelite housing accessories from Aiko again. Very simply they are the best. THANKS!

"I`ve purchase on 10 may 2010 an Underwater Camera Housing with several lens.
The answer on 11 june 2010 was that the housing was in backorder, however they expect the order to ship in full early next week.

I email them again to cancel it and there was no reply untle the 22 of july. The response was that due to a manufacturing problem with the backordered housing it will be shipped in two week and they apologize for the delay, BUT?? What happened with my inquary to cancel the order????!!!!!

I write them again to definitely cancel the order and the full refund of my money but there was no answer again until the 11 october 2010. They apologize again because the housing was discontinued and apparently they have been told by Fantasea each month that it would arrive in three weeks. It was not their intention to mislead me...WHAT?? They mislead nme twice when I almost beg to cancel itand they ignore me... )

They said they will refund in my credit card the full amount of the order.

Today 20 october I`m still waiting for my money I gave them 5 month ago. Next time I prefer to put my money in a bank that happyly will give me more interests than Aiko.

Very very annoyed with the company and I will never buy again there.
Please check if they have the items before you pay otherwise you will loose lots of time and interests.

6 months + a week later (November 17) finally got my money but lost 23.30€ on the exchange. Thanks Aiko I will buy again... and definatly I would like to recommend this company to everyone who wants to lose money.I still don`t get why they didn´t cancel the order when I`ve asked twice. They totally ignored me. It`s not the manufacturer problem, it`s Aiko costumer`s service.

"I'm very dissatisfied with AIKO service. I ordered my product more than 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it. Communication with AIKO is very difficult. They answer very rarely. They've already charged my credit card with the product price (!!!) but now say that they can't charge it with shipping costs. It's ridiculous! Moreover, it wasn't mentioned about any shipping costs in my order confirmation. Now I don't know if I regain my money, receive the product, or what - they again don't abswer my e-mails.

It took 1,5 month and I finally received my product. It is OK

"I placed this order 2 weeks ago and payed for the 2-3 day shipping. I still have not received it.
