One of the biggest advantages I appreciate is that I didn't have to take my computer to a store, leave it there for who knows how long and hope the computer works as it's suppose to when I got it home. Being a remote fix, I called in when the work was done and kept the representative on the phone while I checked out my computer so if I had any problems they could address them immediately.

I have to also say the representatives were very calm even when I was upset and frustrated. The customer isn't always right but not one of the reps I worked with were very professional."

"I have to say that since I contacted Advanced Tech Support a couple months ago, my laptop is running very well. I like the fact that I can speak to a live human being in the US shortly after I call and that they can see my screen and understand what I am describing. They usually have been able to resolve my issues quickly. One downside is that after spending several hours attempting to resolve an application problem I was having with Quicken software, they were unable to resolve the problem and referred me back to Quicken. Even if you pay Quicken for support, they only offer it on line and their people could not fix the issue either, so I don't hold that against ATS."
