"I ordered the shoes adidas gsg9 and received after the promised two business days. They were a little small so i send them back. I got my refund one week later. But didnt get my coupon for -40 euro back. Sent a mail and they gave me my coupon code back within a day! :)
I then ordered a bigger size and received it two days later.
I was very happy with the store. Excellent customer service.
If you have a problem, just send an e mail and they reply as promised within 24 hours, except in weekends.
I was a bit afraid after reading some negative comments on the rrefund and send back, but no problems here what so ever. very happy!

"Horrible Horrible. 30 day return policy is terrible. As a runner I want to have a pair of shoes ready when my current pair wears out. When I discovered the newest pair was not consistent in sizing with previous it was too late to return them to ADIDAS. They will not even exchange them. Horrible Horrible."

"Do NOT buy anything customised from Adidas. I ordered Customised Adidas GK Gloves. There website is misleading as it states that you will receive items within 48 days. It is almost double that now and I have still received no items. An Adidas Call Person lied to me saying that they would refund. However they did no such thing and the same person said that they would offer me a 30% discount off anything I buy from them within 30 days which is absolutely ridiculous. So they expect me to buy something from them when this has happened? Does this benefit me at all Adidas? I have wrote into BBC Watchdog? and they should hopefully sort it out because Adidas' customer service is useless and are completely unhelpful.
I reiterate, do NOT buy anything customised off Adidas.
Also Adidas, I am not going to let this go. You need to sort this out.

"Shocking abysmal online service. Payment for the goods I ordered was taken immediately. The goods did not arrive (due to an apparent problem with UPS). The Adidas guy in customer service cannot give me a refund or arrange for the items to be resent. Apparently he is in the Netherlands, the warehouse is in Germany, Finance are in Portugal. The guy in customer service could not have been less interested all he could do was 'escalate' my concern without being able to give any information about when I might receive any update. Grrrr - never again"

"I am really disappointed with the online service. I ordered a hoodie, they confirmed the order the next day but 2 days later I ve been told the warehouse made a mistake and the product was not in stock. Although I was upset I decided to buy the same hoodie in other color. Theyconfirmed the new order again but then nothing for a week. I got in contact with the costumer services and they told me they had cancelled the order without saying anything to me.
I love adidas products but I wont buy anything online ever again.

"They need to fix their website.

It doesn't matter if you have your password memorized by heart and know it's correct, you can't get in.

You can't get in to check if your order is shipped, you can't get in to check your custom designs, nothing.

I have requested a password change 5 times, changed my password and then said new password doesn't work. I asked to reset my password again, I get an e-mail with a bad address repeated over 100 times.

I have no idea if my order actually shipped, the e-mail with the link to check my order takes me to a bad link.

"My kind advice - never order mi originals shoes, when you choose colors of parts and can get your name embroidery on them. The tones of colors are so different from ones on the picture, the front part of the shoe is huge, even though the size is ok in length. It's a huge difference in adidas quality, to which I got used. The shoes have a very strong smell of glue. Very dissapointed, and it's 169 $ gone and shoes that I will probably never wear. Adidas, what happened to you??? "

"Terrible experience. Ordered from them 3 times, two of which got mysteriously cancelled without any explanation. When I called customer service they told me it was most likely because the billing address didn't match my credit card's info (odd, since I shop online a lot with no issues ever). I called my bank and they told me the orders went through fine and were approved, but someone at adidas cancelled it! Again, called their customer service, relayed the feedback from my credit card but they kept saying the same thing about the billing address. Ridiculous!

Out of the orders that did go through, I had to return one item... No return label was included and I had to pay for shipping myself at the local UPS store. Cost me $22.

"I recently bought a pair of adidas originals and when it arrived they both were the wrong size, not only that they looked discoloured. I looked in the box for a return tag, they didn't have it in the box either. So I took it to ups and ended up paying for the return cost because I could not reached adidas customer support line at all. Very dissapointing with my first purchase I made with adidas. All I can say is that I had a bad experience with them!"

"I ordered a pair of shoes from Adidas.com... the checkout process was a bit of a hassle because they forced you to sign up for Verified by Visa. There was no way to click cancel or no thanks.

Afterward, I got a suspicious email from securesuite.net but claimed to be from Chase. Later, (after many phone calls and emails) I found out securesuite.net is a third party company who handles Verified by Visa for many credit card companies.

As if that weren't bad enough, a few days later, I get an email from adidas saying they are canceling my order. No explanation was given. I was told to call another number if I had any questions.
I called that number and found out the shoe I had ordered was no longer available. At that time, I check back on the website, and that shoe in my size is STILL listed there. They really need to keep the inventory more up to date. It shouldn't be so hard to keep track of how many items you have in this digital age.

Overall, the experience with the whole Verified by Visa deal was very unpleasant, only to be compounded by the fact that they canceled my order without any explanation.
