"They inform you in writing if you want them to ship a partial order, I never approved partial shipment, and they shipped it anyway. They refuse to process the RMA, they insist I approved the transaction , but they cannot provide the confirmation email.

They denied my RMA request. ( Why are they selling parts they know they cannot obtain? )
There are better sellers out there, this one I do not recommend.
