(Return policies) They don't care about you..just the money.

" I purchased a NEW paintball marker from Action Center Paintball (online). Shipping was normal speed. The box looked OK,but a little worn. No big deal i wasn't collecting it. When my son attached a air tank to the marker and turned the ASA on/off lever air shoot out the front of it. We contacted Jeff and he informed us that their is nothing we he could do and if we tried to return it he would charge us up to ---80%--restocking fees plus shipping and handling. So in my case I would loose about $160.00 and still not have a paintball marker? I took a really good look a the product and found that it was refurbished. Not factory sealed That's odd I paid for a Brand New one...Maybe he didn't know, but just in case i will not be doing business with this company in the future. "

One of the best places in northern utah to play

"First its not crappy indoor paintball they have a huge field great fun great for parties and dance dates picnic area and a flushing toilet to boot . just dont use you phone to find it "

"The company has a terrible return policy. If you need to return something and receive an RMA, the email that they send leads you to believe that as long as the gun has not been used, no battery was attached and no tank was put on it, the gun would still be considered new. They also point you to their web site’s return policy. On the return policy it says that all returns are subject to a restocking fee, but it does NOT say that all returns will be charged a restocking fee. -- (Example= if you go through airport security, all passengers and luggage are subject to search, but all are not searched.)
I had to return a gun and it was sent back in "new in box" condition and I was charged 20%. The sites owner would not budge, he basically said tough on you. When I indicated that I would take it up with American Express, he said that he is not worried; he has had a lot of dealings with credit card companies. I guess this means that he gets a lot of complaints about returns and is used to fighting with the credit card companies.
