This is the worst on-line pharmacy I have ever delt with. First, I received my order much later then promised (and I even paid for express shipping, $50.00. When I received the package from India, the medicine was not a real generic brand of the perscription I ordered. In fact, the medicine did not do anything, but get my stomach upset. Grünenthal, which still owns the patent to tramadol, has cross-licensed the agent to various pharmaceutical companies internationally. I was advised that Trampen-50 was not a licensing agent. When I asked for a refund, they said they would refund my money within 3-5 days. On April 16, 2006 Aclepsa.com was suppose to complete my credit. I still have NOT received my money back. Everyday I email them (by the way, you can never get them on the phone), but I never receive a response. I have checked with my bank on several occassions to see if the credit is pending. No such luck. I have never spoken to anyone from Aclepsa.com. You can only email them. Today is April 27, 2006, eleven (11) days I have been waiting for my refund that should have been in my account within 3-5 days. I highly suggest to choosing another online pharmacy. This company is a scam! Don't waste your time and money on this company!"
