"I learned about Achoo Allergy online by seeing many positive reviews. There website turned out to be excellent- easy to navigate, clear, with much information about Allergies and health. Because of my living environment, I was very serious about choosing the right allergy proof bedding. To start, pillow protectors resistant to dust mites, mold spores and dampness/water resistant. I emailed Customer Service several times with new questions. Each and every time I contacted AA, the representative responded very quickly, the same day. The representative, was so kind and interested. He helped me a great deal in figuring out my needs. He was honest, and never tried to oversell. I only wanted to start with 2 pillow protectors to see if it was a good match. The shipment arrived so fast, maybe 2 days. And, the pillow protectors ended up being perfect for my needs. My experience was excellent and the quality of the pillow protectors was also excellent. I have nothing to complain about- this experience went so well, on all levels. "Purchased NQ product through Achoo Allergy. The air purifier worked well for about 11 months. Then ceased to perform properly. Achoo says sorry ... but NQ apparently out of business and I have no recourse. Achoo says they are simply an authorized dealer and will not stand behind the product. The NQ air purifier is less than a year old and cost $ 730.00. Would not recommend anyone purchase any product from AchooAllergy. The companies' Core Values mean nothing.
