"Stay away!!!! Ordered a shredder that the site said would be delivered in about a week. called 10 days later to be told they did not have any stock and they could sell me a different shredder. I asked to cancel the transaction. They said no problem and I would see a credit within 10 days. I realized 6 weeks later I did not get a credit and called them. They said they would credit us right away and even gave us a confirmation number. It is now 10 days later and no credit was received. I have had to spend the last hour trying to get through to them. Finally gave up and went to my credit card company to dispute the charge. What a hassle! This company sucks. Liars! If you are still considering doing business with them, check out the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website. They graded the company with the worst possible grade.
